Change Management Strategy & Project Management Support
Everything is about change today – especially post pandemic. What is different today compared to yesterday? What needs to change today for a sustainable tomorrow? The key is not “change management” but planned change versus emergent change. In both cases, you can lead change through the vision for change, but success depends on how the change process is managed. Even in planned change, the future state is not always known (as in transitional change) but may need to be discovered (as in transformative change). A key consideration in planned change is establishing ways to influence movement in the desired direction because it is rarely possible to control that movement (you get short-term compliance but not long-term commitment). On the other hand, emergent change can also be influenced, not toward a specific direction but in a more general approach through building change competency.
Change Management (CM) is more than a buzzword to True – it’s the cornerstone for effective transformation. Strategic Alignment (Governance) Program & Project Management, Communications, Training, and Metrics are all necessary components to an enterprise change strategy.
