Developed and launched a Mobile App used by the winery’s innovation team and provided demos of True’s flyby® functionality to our Client’s strategic retail partners. This project included testing various promotions via In App, SMS, and Wi-Fi-based messaging, creating digital experiences tailored to consumer insights strategies, and providing a digital hub for innovation events.
The next stages of the project include installing True’s flyby® into wineries to enable operational analytics through Beacon and Wi-Fi management, loyalty brand customers integration, customer engagement via the Mobile App, and various additional consumer insights including but not limited to dwell times, promotions, known/repeated, etc.
