This project included testing various promotions via In App, SMS, and WiFi-based messaging, creating digital experiences tailored to consumer insights strategies, and providing a digital hub for innovation events.
The next stages of the project include installing flyby® into wineries to enable operational analytics through Beacon and WiFi management, loyalty brand customers integration, customer engagement via the Mobile App, and various additional consumer insights including but not limited to dwell times, promotions, known/repeated, etc.
