Hello to our True Team, our Clients, and our entire Ecosystem!

When we started this company in 2004, we started True because we wanted to do business a different way – we wanted to support our Teams and our Clients “the right way,” simply put. And it just so happened that we all had worked together in different technology and training services companies, and had extremely specific, if not dogged, ideas of what it meant to be True in the consulting services industry.

Anyone who has been around True often hears the common statement, “True has always had a charmed existence.” Any start-up that has been in business for over 20+ years has had a fair amount of good fortune bestowed upon them to some degree. But True is really the product of great people, great Clients, as well as great karma. We have countless stories about wonderful things happening to True, our Teams, and our Client Partners. We believe that it is all the result of always being fair, honest, and hard working.

Over twenty years ago, True’s Founding Partners had this crazy idea to take on the big dogs at the time, the Big 12 consulting firms. We believed that if we provided first-class and honest work, it would be rewarded. And we believed that if we were kind, respected one another, and gave back to our communities, we would attract the right kind of people—people of character. True’s 20+ years could never have been realized if it were not for our incredible group of Leaders and Team Members who were just as crazy, stubborn, and idealistic as the Founders. They are amazing stewards of our shared vision.

True is often asked, especially recently, what our greatest accomplishment has been to date. We’re fortunate to have accomplished a great deal: from global portfolios of projects and programs, to being asked by global industry leaders to help them drive transformative initiatives, from having offices and Team Members located across the country, to developing careers and providing opportunities for our people, all the while positively impacting the community at large in which we live. All are significant, amazing, charmed, and miraculous since we started this company in our basements and garages!

But among True’s many accomplishments, by far our greatest accomplishment without exception, has been witnessing the common focus of our Teams and our Clients working together with shared resolve to do things the right way with honesty and integrity.

So, as we look ahead, it is with tremendous humility and appreciation that True’s Founding Partners would like to thank all those who have brought us this far and who are helping us continue to do things the right way for the infinite future.
